We are a dynamic, highly motivated team of 15 competent employees. We develop customized solutions that produce precise manufacturing parts, assemble and install machinery and equipment. FEIX diecast has specialized in the production of complicated die-cast zinc - specialized parts in the weight range from 0.5g to 500g. For this, the fine zinc alloy ZL 5, ZL material is used primarily 0410. A qualifizieretr mold enables the implementation also extreme demands on the precision of castings. The majority of zinc die casting parts produced by us can be cast so accurately that a post-processing usually not obtained, resulting in significant cost savings. If a post is however still necessary, we use to our CNC milling machines. We attach great importance to optimal surface quality.

We are equipped to work cutted metal plates and coils from 0 to 10 mm (iron, steel, aluminium, brass and copper) with presses up to 350 tons. Moreover thanks to a cooperation of qualified companies in our area we can supply if necessary, finished items complete with welding, varnishing, galvanic treatment ecc.
