We are able to handle small and medium-size sheets up to a thickness of 6 mm 2 punch or punch-laser combination. Here both spouts and threads can be formed. The combination of punching and laser embossing and round shapes are possible. On 3 brakes sheets can be up to 2.50 m folded or folded. When pressing both screws, bolts or the nuts are pressed at high pressure into the sheet metal part, thus creating a tight connection. We are a young company founded on 01.07.2025, We have a small but decent machine park. From turning on a CTX 400 to milling on a DMU 80 T (5-axis), we do everything that is possible. In addition to milling and turning, we also offer laser engraving, for example, to be able to mark certain components. We also have the option to offer precise 3D resin printing for prototypes.

(FH) Alois Hilkert with a 5-axis laser processing plant and a good portion of Swabian Creative power.
