We also undertake the design, manufacture, maintenance and renovation of tools that are essential for the production of plastics . If required, we also provide appropriate storage , for example for seasonal products.

BA Usinage carries out the machining, bar turning and delivery of parts of all kinds from bars and slugs of metal or composite materials. The company, based in Haute-Savoie, works in close collaboration with several companies including Décolletage des Grands Clos and Titane Production or EuroProd Services, enabling it to respond to all manufacturing requests in small and large series.

We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm. The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm. We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of 3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons. We have a Rösler Trowalizing system to finish the components. All other surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, etc. are carried out via our cooperation partners in this area, here we take over the complete administration for our customers as a service.

The "SYSTEM" company was founded in 1991 and is based in Swiecie nad Vistula. We employ experienced and qualified locksmiths and welders who are specifically certified by UDT for welding carbon and alloy steel and aluminium. We work in accordance with the requirements of EN ISO 9001: 2009, EN ISO 14001: 2005, EN ISO 3834-2:2007, EN 1090-2+A1:2012 and AD2000.
