We have been working on machining since 25 years, we have an outstanding team of engineers, a modern machine park and professional CAD/CAM software that allows us to comprehensively execute almost every order related to CNC machining. Our specialty is the production of details on CNC automatic lathes with diameters from 3 to 68 mm with the use of bar feeder up to 300 mm in semi-automatic operation. We mill in materials such as: steel, non-ferrous metals, plastics, wood. All orders are executed based on the most modern numerically controlled machines, which enable us to process surfaces from 2D to 5D. We also offer a wide range of services: engraving, drilling, threading, sanding, polishing, painting, electroplating coatings. We specialize in large-scale production of more than 5000 pieces. We also realize medium orders from 500 to 5000 pieces. In special cases, we make prototype series and individual orders.

The history of CNC KOVO sro goes back to 1998. In 2005 it was converted into a sro (GmbH). It is a manufacturer of high-quality series and individual parts, not only for the needs of the mechanical engineering industry, but also according to customer requirements. 70% of the production is exported to Germany and Austria. The remaining 30% are delivered to other EU countries and not least to Slovakia. CNC KOVO sro has made a name for itself on the market not only with the products themselves, but also with the services related to production. In cooperation, we work with companies that deal with heat treatment, surface treatment, etc. The company operates its own road transport that ensures the delivery of the production directly to the customer according to his requirements.

Gaméte CNC Kft was founded in 2006 by Hungarian private individuals. She deals with CNC milling, CNC turning and 3D measuring. We primarily manufacture parts and tool elements. Welded parts that require machining can also be produced. We work up to 95% for German partners. Processed material: aluminum, steel, bronze, copper, plastic. The parts can be galvanized, burnished or anodized - quantitatively and depending on the dimensions. Measurement tolerance: 0.02 MM for aluminum and steel alloys, 0.05 MM for other materials. Measurement protocol can be made if necessary. We achieve satisfied partners in a stable and long-term relationship.

SERVICES We provide services of machine production of parts, to order, CNC machining of metals. In cooperation with our long-term and proven partners, we work on other post-processes until the final product. We are able to deliver goods throughout the EU. The goal is to deliver the product exactly according to the required specification, on time, without exception. Proof of the quality of our business are our long-term partners from the EU, primarily Germany.

Metal System is company in Stalowa Wola, we are production and service company in metal industry based in Poland. Our speciality is production for the automotive foundry industry (e.g. production or renovation of casting molds for aluminium rims, others casting tooling production etc.) but we also produce for other industries, in the country and abroad. We already manufacture for companies such as Borbet, Ronal, Federal Mogul, Toyota, Superior Industries, Thoni Alutec, in the attachment I am sending you our short presentation.

ProEn Präzisionstechnik GmbH is a supplier in the area of production and development of mechanical components, assemblies as well as prototypes and fixture construction.

Our machining services inlcude: CNC drilling,milling and turning. We machine parts from steel alloys, stainless steel alloys, aluminium alloys, brass, copper and plastic. All of the surface threatments are avalaible after machining proccess.

We are dealing mainly with small and medium-sized series production, but we also undertake individual and prototype production on CNC Mill. Locally, our site is located in Kisbajcs, near Győr in Hungary, we continuously serve our partners with parts, we are proud of our almost perfect delivery fidelity and our scrap rate of less than 1%. Currently, we are looking for additional long-term partners in order to expand our company's order book and, with it, the machine park. Our plans include the purchase of a used 3-axis milling machine this year for the production of our smaller recurring jobs, as well as the purchase of a 5-axis milling machine and a fiber-fed, driven tool lathe within a year or two.
