Deuerlein Präzision GmbH is a family-run company that was founded in 1948 as a craft business and is now being run by the fourth generation - since 2016 - by the great-granddaughter of the company founder. We have specialized in the manufacture of precision parts in the field of CNC turning and milling and, together with our employees, produce initial samples, limit samples and small series according to specific specifications and requirements from a wide variety of materials. Our customers are well-known industrial companies from the fields of automotive, machine and apparatus construction, as well as medical technology and model construction. The focus for us is on product quality, our competent and friendly advice, customer-specific work and adherence to deadlines. The Spaleck GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, coming from the engineering company, founded in 1869, located in Bocholt. Our company is family-run by the fourth generation. We currently employ approximately 135 employees at the site Bocholt and approximately 12 employees at the site Greiz in Thuringia. At these sites, we have a turnover of € 18 million. Contract manufacturing has increasingly gained in importance in recent years and this factor is well over 50% of revenue. In particular, the close cooperation with various gear manufacturers has helped us in recent years to considerable growth. For several years we have been certified according to DIN ISO 9001. Modern machinery, considerable investment and motivated and qualified employees meet these requirements. We currently focus both in the field of mechanical and sheet metal technology to the production of small to medium-sized workpieces. A close cooperation with various customers enables us to invest in state of the art machining centers for large parts and thus a significant development. We have recently made a decision to invest in three MAZAK turning-milling centers that take us from January 2010 in the position to manufacture large parts in high quality. These machines can process workpieces up to 2300 mm in diameter and up to 7000 kg deadweight and also perform milling operations with large distances. There are 3 type aircraft MAZAK Integrex e-1850 V. supplemented these machines by a 3D measuring machine.
