Company founder Hans Georg Hillreiner was always convinced of the idea of self-employment. In 1987 he successfully passed his master's examination. A small series for MAN and cruisers as well as devices for BMW are manufactured on it. In 1991, the move into the new company building follows, as another machine is needed due to the great demand. Due to the high quality of the parts produced and the associated increase in orders, a support worker was hired in 1995 and the existing production building was enlarged. In 1998 a new production building is built. This is equipped with new machines and more employees are hired. In 2000, customer demands and orders are increasing rapidly, requiring the production of larger quantities of a wide variety of parts.As a result, an administration and office building is built in 2001 and HGH moves into it. In 2017, HGH was renamed a GmbH and handed over to the daughter Barbara Hillreiner. Our management system was already certified according to ISO 9001:2008 in 2011. As part of the re-certification, we were audited and certified according to the new ISO 9001:2015 in autumn 2019. Due to constant testing of the effectiveness of quality-related activities, the organization and methods of quality management in our company are constantly being adapted to the latest findings and requirements.

MITEC S.R.L was born in 2009 from the evolution and decades of experience in the mechanical sector of the owner who after 30 years at the service of the family company chooses the technological renewal investing all of himself on his new adventure. In a few years new numerically controlled lathes, vertical machining centers and injection molding machines for the molding of plastic materials are purchased; MITEC SRL is at the service of the largest companies in the surrounding area, gaining more and more trust and consensus thanks to its versatility that allows you to realize pre-assembled components and kits for different sectors: industrial doors, gates, sliding systems, packaging, automatic machines, industrial kitchens and medical. MITEC S.R.L extends over a total area of 2,800 square meters of which 1,250 square meters of production area (2/3 production and 1/3 warehouse and offices) and the remaining loading / unloading area and courtyard. Currently there are 12 employees plus 1 worker and 1 administrative assistant for a total of 14 employees.

The company was formed in 2001 out of the idea, CNC - programs for sale. It was first performed avocational industry. This idea was the foundation for the later name: KncP K = construction ncP = CNC - programs. It followed the decision, also yet to be made to the programs parts. In 2002, a used CNC was from private sources - milling machine purchased, the second CNC 2005 - milling followed. The customer base expanded steadily, the avocation supplanted the little free time almost entirely, so that in June 2008 it was clear the decision to full independence. In September 2008, the production profile was through the acquisition of a new CNC - lathe should be considerably extended (CTX 410). Since the order situation remained stable despite the crisis, a new CNC was established in March 2010 - milling machine purchased (DMC 750V with 4th axis). Other customers were added, bringing the changed requirements of the machinery again.In October 2011, a new high-speed CNC milling machine (microns) was added to the mold manufacturing. For the further expansion of the production spectrum, the second older machine could by a new 5 axis - CNC milling machine to be replaced (Hermle B300U). This project and the purchase of the factory building and the associated land was implemented in October 2012. We are constantly striving to expand our production profile and are happy to accept new responsibilities and challenges.
