Both bring a solid background of experience gained in established metalworking manufacturer companies, where they held positions of responsibility and achieved significant results. Vincenzo Gadaleta’s professional journey has been built on the management and optimization of production processes. He has led complex departments and introduced work methodologies focused on efficiency and technological innovation. With a proven background in the administrative and financial management of companies in the metalworking sector, Rosalia Sette has contributed to the growth and stability of structured businesses. She has done this by developing management control systems, financial planning, and strategies aimed at ensuring financial solidity and economic balance. Her expertise strengthens the company's governance and ensures a clear and sustainable long-term vision for Sematech. MFT Motoren und Fahrzeugtechnik GmbH is a well-known industrial supplier based in Cunewalde and specializes in processing highly complex components with demanding geometries and tolerances, such as Shafts and housings — independent of material. We serve both larger volumes and smaller series and prototypes and are characterized by our high quality standards and corresponding flexibility. MFT is IATF16949, ISO 50001, 14001, as well as ECOVADIS, TISAX and many more certified. Our services include manufacturing, development, supplier management, cooperation partners for contract services and component assembly. At the Cunewalde site, series production as well as prototype and sample production are located in our own tool shop.
