Schumag Precision GmbH is a manufacturer of high-precision parts according to customer drawings with almost 200 years of experience. In addition to machining technology with CNC turning, CNC milling and our own hardening shop, we have high-precision finishing processes such as hard turning, various grinding processes, lapping, honing and flow calibration. The current range of parts focuses on components in diesel injection technology, both injector and pump parts. However, sophisticated parts from hydraulics, medical technology and household appliances or electric motors are also produced, preferably in medium series volumes. However, the current production range extends from small series of 500 units per year to large series of 5 million units per month.

We have been active in the field of extrusion technology for many years and design and build extrusion tools for the areas of pipe, tube and profile extrusion. The products that are manufactured with our tools are used in medical technology, the furniture sector, in the automotive environment and in civil engineering and construction (pipes, window profiles).
