Janz-CGF is a company oriented to business activities towards development of metering equipments and precision parts. Established in 1915, Janz had its own water-meter model approved in 1940 and electrical-meter in 1957. In 1975 Janz started to work in European market and is now an exporter to the five continents. The ability to produce 100% of the parts for these equipments took our engineering and technical capacities to a solid position in national and international markets of Serial Precision Parts. In 2002 we started to produce for external clients. Today we produce and export more then one million of technical precision parts per year, mostly to European market. We are specialized in Serial Turning Production of Precision Parts in a wide range of raw-materials (metallic and non-metallic): Brass, Bronze, Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Titanium, Plastics and Technical Plastics.

THE GGA PROJECT TEAM the quality of GGA is assured by the internal organization, that each time applies to every project the most skilled resources. The operators check each stage of the project using machinery of the last generation, assuring in this way its global quality. GGA is able to realize AISI STEEL and LIGHT ALLOY prototypes and large series. PRODUCTION -7 CNC 2-3-4-7 axes lathes, bar working capacity from 8mm to 65mm. -1 CNC 4 axes vertical milling center -2 CNC 4 axes orizontal milling centers with pallets automatic gear. TEST Being inside in technologic park GGA is authorized to use its special resources: the laboratory for the structural and functional test, the metrological room to record threedimensional measures and linear measures, instrument setting and superficial : attested quality mark,roughness, mechanic and metallographic test, the creation of ABS resin prototypes from CAD 3D models. SINCE 40 YEARS IN THE FUTURE GGA is a modern firm since 1960. Its history develops through 40 years of continuous evolution that have brought it to the uppest technological level in the working of stainless steel. GGA produces mechanical turned and machined parts, using CNC machineries. The position of GGA is technological too: iside the TECNOPARCO of LAKE MAGGIORE in Verbania, one of the technological parks created in order to gather all the research societies in a structure that fosters the development and the synergies.
