Frezamet Bis Sp. z o.o. was established in 2002 as a result of the transformation of an existing company. It has been present on the market since 1991. We specialise in machining of metal elements. In our history so far we have executed many contracts in Poland and abroad.

Master toolmaker Werner Küll founded the company on August 1, 1998 under the name Werner Küll Wergzeugbau and initially focused on the construction of special machines and components for forming technology. In addition, contract manufacturing was a second mainstay right from the start. In 2002, Becker Vorrichtbau GmbH was taken over, which initially continued to operate independently. Together, the two companies moved to their current, larger location on Weyersberger Straße in 2003. Between 2004 and 2005, the companies were restructured; special machine construction was discontinued and contract manufacturing was further expanded. DIDA-70 Company was founded in 1990 as a company for production of parts for hydraulic cylinders and other hydraulic elements. We used to sell our products to different producers of hydraulic cylinders in Italy, Germany and Netherlands. Since 1996 we turned to production of hydraulic hand pumps and hydraulic valves. After year 2000 we started production of parts and elements mainly for torque motors. For the Bulgarian market at present we mainly supply machine elements for M+S Hydraulics and for abroad we work for producers of hydraulics and engineering companies for production of machinery of the hydraulic manipulator type.
