The enterprise was founded in 1997 and exists consequently for 19 years. We are active in three fields: CNC metal processing by turning and milling, Custom clearence, and Book keeping Currently, we have 16 employees. 7 of them are employed in the metal processing business unit. For the production a hall containing a surface of 1000 m2 and a close-by administration building (220 m2) were built. We can offer full service for our partners - from the CNC turning and milling of the metals, to the transport and custom clearance services. We are located in the city Derventa, which is 25 kilometers far from the border of Croatia and European Union.

With our extensive expertise and many years of experience, we offer you professional solutions in the areas of CNC turning, CNC milling and welding as well as tailor-made mechanical engineering and construction.

We are ranked among the first pioneers in the production of machine tools and accessories in Slovakia. The priority production program is the in house development and production of small and medium CNC machines. We also offer the possibility of cooperation in the field of production of machine parts, assembly sub groups (or machine parts) starting from the provision of material to final processing, including heat treatment and surface treatment.

Our core competencies are in machining CNC turning, CNC milling, CNC drilling, and component manufacture. In our CNC manufacturing we use the latest CNC milling machines and CNC lathes. Our machining centers are controlled by modern programming systems. The process chain we pursue prototypes to series production for our customers. In 1959 company founder Gerhard Frister with only one machine set up its operation. At this time only items were manufactured. Company SAND-SA started operations in 1999 with the installation of electrostatic powder coatings. In 2003 we expanded our activity with cutting, bending, welding, sheet metal, manufacturing of metal parts, structures, machine parts, housings and fixtures for machine tools and other welding details. Company SAND-SA has a long tradition in the production of metal products. The principal activities of the company is production of sheet metal parts from 0.5 to 120 mm. - welding fixtures and structures, metal boxes and cabinets, metal parts for building construction and metalworking services. The company has a system for application of electrostatic powder polymer coatings on metal products.
