Who we are
Founded in 1975, AHS Anadolu Hidrolik is a Turkish manufacturer of cast and machined components for the agricultural, automotive, construction and industrial machinery sectors. With two production sites in Konya and Kırşehir covering 65,000 m² (40,000 m² indoor), we combine large-scale iron and aluminium casting with high-precision CNC machining, welding, assembly and surface treatment. Our foundry in Kırşehir has a daily capacity of 60 tons with fully automated DISA, HWS, DH7 and Alphaset moulding lines, producing castings from 2 to 2,000 kg in grey and ductile iron (GG20–GGG70). In Konya, more than 70 CNC machines (horizontal/vertical machining centres, lathes, grinding, hobbing and gear cutting) provide finishing, assembly and testing of complex components. Typical products include hydraulic pumps, valve blocks, cylinders, steering systems, gear housings, transmission and engine casings, shafts and gear parts. Our in-house welding and painting workshops, phosphating line, robotic paint booths, and CMM/spectrometer quality labs ensure reliable and traceable production. AHS exports to over 60 countries worldwide and is ISO 9001 certified, serving global partners in agricultural machinery, automotive, hydraulics and heavy industry.
