We are an international supplier for customer-specific metal and plastic components. A leader in customization and increasing your profitability for over 15 years. Creating a customer-specific product is not based on a simple choice: matters such as critical tolerances, functionality and determining the most optimal production method are some important aspects. The application of the product, the test methods and the desired quantity of samples will also be discussed. In addition, logistics parameters such as delivery times, packaging requirements and desired stock levels will be reviewed. Once the product has taken its final shape, it is essential that it remains in safe hands. Building and maintaining a high-quality and sustainable product with the associated services is just as important to us as the relationship between you and us. Norms, values and interests are in line with each other. Our current delivery options focus on the following techniques, among others: Forming techniques, Welding techniques: MIG / TIG, electrode welding and soldering Machining techniques such as turning and milling (CNC), drilling, tapping Surface treatments: powder coating, KTL, electrolytic galvanizing, hot dip galvanizing, chromating Casting techniques: sand casting, injection molding, lost wax casting with or without finishing Plastic injection molding Aluminum extrusion Assemblies and special fasteners.
