Who we are
VR Technology was born from the synergy of a group of entrepreneurs who have been operating in the steel sector for decades to allow them to expand their range of services to the customer. Thanks to its technical structure and thanks to its machinery, the company is able to act as the sole interlocutor for the customer as it is able to manage the entire production process and provide "turnkey" orders. VR Technology focuses its attention on the construction of structures for the most diverse fields of use, such as: o Cableway (station structures, frames, supports, trunks, trees, pulleys and spokes); o Lifting systems (gantry cranes, bridge cranes, jib cranes and marine cranes); o Machine tools (press bases and bases); o Hydroelectric (Pelton, Francis, Kaplan boxes, distributors, suction and bifurcated pipes); o Waste treatment and disposal plants (tanks, agitators, ovens, boilers, chimneys, heat exchangers and combustion chambers); o Civil and industrial constructions (welded beams, complete structures and columns); o Fixed and transportable rides; o Production of design details including mechanical processing. Mechanical processing is the cornerstone of production activities. Thanks to its flexible structure, the company can vary its production according to the needs of each customer. VR Technology relies on qualified welders according to UNI EN ISO 9606-1, the entire welding process is performed in accordance with UNI EN ISO 3834-2. The companies that Vr Technology relies on for non-destructive tests provide 2nd level qualified personnel in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9712. The company is undergoing EN ISO 9001 certification.
