Otto Klostermann GmbH is a family-run company that was founded in 1848 as a forge by Otto Klostermann. In 1945, the company was taken over by Raymund Klostermann and expanded by Raymund Klostermann in 1969 and moved to the new location at Merklinderstraße 5 in Castrop-Rauxel. This created more space for the forge and the development of sheet metal processing and cold forming technology. In 1986, Thomas Klostermann became co-managing director.
