Our young and dynamic company located in the industrial area Rodgau / Jügesheim, about 30 km south of Frankfurt From here we reach customers and suppliers alike to directly over the adjacent A3-A5-A45-A66. Our product and service range includes the production and customisation of motors in stock on short notice and the project-related manufacturing of motors. Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us. In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work. Our goal is not only to offer our customers excellent service, but also to offer them all services from a single source. Mekaltek aims to become a fully integrated processing center. As a result of our many years of experience in the industry, we have many close friends who work as plant managers, surface treatment managers and planning managers in the extrusion plants in our region. We have sufficient capacity to produce and contract new products and parts with the help of our modern injection molding machines. For fast customer service, we are available in up to 3 shift processes. In our factory, we can serve any customer's needs with our equipment from 20 tons to 250 tons . Our Nissei and Arburg machines can be equipped with a tempering, suction, extractor, dryer or even a conveyor belt, as required by the nature of the product. During the processing of plastics, we use, among others, Pa 6, Pa6.6 Pc, ABS, POM, PBT, soft PVC, PE, PP materials, from which we mainly produce technical components for our domestic and foreign partners. We also undertake the design, manufacture, maintenance and renovation of tools that are essential for the production of plastics . If required, we also provide appropriate storage , for example for seasonal products.

Our company history begins in June 2016 with the founding of our company. From the outset, our focus was on the production of high-quality turning and milling products. After just two years, we moved to larger premises to meet increasing requirements. Over time, we have continuously expanded our machinery in order to be able to offer our customers an even wider range of products and services. By 2022, our machinery inventory grew by a further 8 machines, to a total of 10 machines. Our latest project is to expand our manufacturing capabilities with 17 multi-spindle automatic lathes. These cover a diameter range of 6 mm to 67 mm. Here, we focus on the mass production of drum parts and hydraulic components.

The company was founded in October 2022. The main types of activity are the production of parts for various industries, as well as the provision of metalworking services. Our production is equipped with modern 5-axis CNC milling machining centers from DMG. We offer a wide range of services, including the design and modeling of parts according to the drawings and sketches of our customers, the provision of consulting services, and the manufacture of parts of varying degrees of complexity. We provide 3-, 4-, and 5-coordinate milling services on CNC machines with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.
