Vemes production is a small private enterprise that was established by the end of 2017. The main activity is machining of metal products. Production is designed as a service activity where different machine parts are produced according to customer wishes, or as a partner for external services.

Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us. In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work. We currently employ approximately 135 employees at the site Bocholt and approximately 12 employees at the site Greiz in Thuringia. At these sites, we have a turnover of € 18 million.
