On Bihler machines we manufacture complex parts up to a maximum forming force of 1000 kN, including tapping, welding and assembling. A 1600 kN Emperor punching machine complements our production possibilities. The combination of punching and bending by laser welding offers enormous material savings potential because it can replace metal-cutting manufacturing methods, such as turning or milling.The high energy density of the solid state laser allows the same high process speeds as in automated punching and bending. The thermal load of the workpieces is small. The process is constantly monitored. Manufacturing Solutions with integrated laser welding are fast, accurate and economical. When developing your parts we work closely with the world leaders Bihler and Trumpf. From the beginning, mold manufacturing and mass production were part operated side by side. The constant, fruitful feedback of the experience and creativity of the employees of the two areas is critical to the success of our company. Tools for chipless metal machining according to their own or according to customer drawing for parts production in our house or with our customers made. Our tool room is equipped with modern facilities, including seven three-wire and die-sinking machines and modern milling machines. Leading Punching can be manufactured at Wörgartner tool spare parts. The terms 5-axis milling and 5-axis simultaneous milling sound almost the same. Both software technology and in terms of technical production possibilities lie between the two methods, however, worlds. The "simultaneous" variant, ie, the simultaneous control and motion of five axes, opens up new horizons in the design and manufacture of complex geometries, open spaces and 3-D surfaces. As a young company, JOBO would like to establish itself as a manufacturer of machines for the national and international market in the near future. Particular attention should be paid to the optimization of existing and the development of new concepts for machines for use in swamp or moorland areas. In addition, JOBO will deal with systems and equipment for the oil field industry, pipeline laying and controlled drilling technology. ALATNICA "SPALAT" was founded in 2002 as a small tool shop. We manufacture stamping dies, injection molds, jigs, extrusion dies for rubber profiles and extrusion dies made of tungsten carbide for copper profiles. In addition, we manufacture precision parts as per customer drawings. We also offer custom work in the following categories: - WIRE EDM - Sinking EDM - ROTATE - MILLING - SURFACE GRINDING - PUNCHING

We are making mainly welding and assembling fixtures, jigs. How we work, here is a sample process: - In case of order we start the design and few days later we send the 3D models to our customers for approval, - In case of any request we modify the design and send it again to our customers, - We start the production when our customer accepted the design, - Usually we make the first tests – first workpiece in the fixtures – together with our customers in our factory (Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) in Budapest) – but nowadays because of COVID, we do it through a live web connection or skip this step (as requested by the customer), - After this test we hand over the fixtures/manipulators to our customers in our factory but in case of request we can organize the delivery to our customer’s site. We also make low or medium series production.
