With the help of modern CNC lathes and machining centers, we meet all requirements for the end product. In addition to the processing of large and medium-sized series, we also specialize in the processing of small series and the fast production of individual parts and prototypes. We manufacture turned parts up to a maximum diameter of 900 mm and work in a milling area of 1,000 x 600 x 600. The clamping fixtures required for production are manufactured in our own fixture construction and are therefore precisely tailored to the production conditions.

Established in 1992, our company has extensive experience in metalworking. We currently employ 50 workers. Our production include: CNC MILLING: We can vertically process dimensions 3000 × 1500, horizontally dimensions 2500 × 1500. CNC TURNING: Fi 1000 × 1500 turning capability. GRINDING: Flat - max. dimensions 3000 × 1500 in                      Round outer + inner Fi 450 × 2500. TOOLS: We produce all kinds of tools for stamping, forging, normals, plastics and various preparations. CLASSICAL MILLING AND CUTTING: We offer milling services up to 1600 × 800 and turning to Fi 1500 × 500, Fi 400 × 4000 and Fi 600 × 1500. WELDING OF STRUCTURES: Structures can be welded up to 3000 × 1500 and up to Fi 1200 on a circular welding table. MATERIAL CUTTING: Cutting is possible on band saws up to 800 × 800 and flame CNC cutting up to 4000 × 2000. We also have our own material warehouse.
