The company Sander Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG since 1848 operates very successfully in the metalworking industry and has expanded its range continuously. We offer extensive possibilities of conventional machining and assembly CNC machining to problem solving in special machines and tooling. Our options range in CNC milling up to dimensions of 12000 mm x 3300 mm x 1500 mm and a mass of 64 t. When CNC turning with driven tools, we offer a working range up to 500 mm x 1000 mm, and on turning we can to diameter 820 mm x 4000 mm machine workpieces. We can manufacture welded constructions up to 10 tons unit weight. Our welding certificate according to DIN 18800-7:2002-09, class C is constantly renewed. Through the use of Tebis 3-D and 2.5-D CAD / CAM software, we are able to customize your order very quickly and accurately from your-supplied CAD data. We provide our highly qualified staff, modern equipment and our vast experience available and support you, according to your wishes, in the development of practical and cost-optimized structures. Today we have a team of 30 employees, including two apprentices for precision mechanics / mechanical engineering.
