Teknia Automotive is a family owned company with headquarter in Spian. We are focused on development of components, assemblies and specific manufacturing processes for the automotive industry. 20 years of experience, 2,000 employees, 17 plants and a global footprint contribute to the success of the company. The Machining Division of Teknia Automotive is responsible for turning and machining technologies. Our plants are located in Spain, Poland and Brazil. Additionally to that, we have an office in Stuttgart, Germany which is responsible for Business Development and Key Account Management of the German market. Our product portfolio includes high-precision and safety parts such as nipples, bolts, pistons, valves, sleeves or connectors for brake systems, air conditioning, high-pressure fuel systems, transmissions, steering systems, clutches and gear shifts. Our components are manufactured in small and medium scales (rod diameter 4 - 58 mm) on both CNC mono- and multispindle, mechanical multispindle machines and mechanical transfer machines.

In our quest to constantly stay on the highest technical level, we renew our machine continuously. Our machines are designed for machining diameter of 4 mm to about 180 mm with a rotation length of about 400mm. Bar work are possible up to 60mm diameter.
