Since 1988 we have been a recognized workshop for mentally handicapped people who, due to the type and severity of their disability, cannot be employed on the general labor market, or can no longer or not yet be employed again. In our metal processing we have the possibility to produce turned and milled parts on modern CNC lathes and the 3-axis machining center. In addition, we can offer cuts on vertical circular saws and band saws. In addition to metal processing, we have several assembly and packaging groups at our site where parts can be assembled and packaged. compensatory levy According to the Social Security Code (SGB) IX § 71, every company with at least 20 employees is obliged to employ severely disabled people. The employment rate is 5%, so that for every 20 employees, one severely disabled person has to be hired. If this percentage is not reached, a monthly compensatory fee must be paid.
