Wahl CNC-Technik GmbH & Co. KG offers comprehensive services in the mechanical processing of welded structures, cast and solid materials made from various materials. Her core competencies lie in turning, milling and drilling. The company was founded in 2019 and has quickly established itself as a reliable partner in metal processing. Wahl CNC technology is characterized by high precision and quality and serves various industries.

Our company history begins in June 2016 with the founding of our company. From the outset, our focus was on the production of high-quality turning and milling products. After just two years, we moved to larger premises to meet increasing requirements. Over time, we have continuously expanded our machinery in order to be able to offer our customers an even wider range of products and services. By 2022, our machinery inventory grew by a further 8 machines, to a total of 10 machines. Our latest project is to expand our manufacturing capabilities with 17 multi-spindle automatic lathes. These cover a diameter range of 6 mm to 67 mm. Here, we focus on the mass production of drum parts and hydraulic components.

The company was founded in October 2022. The main types of activity are the production of parts for various industries, as well as the provision of metalworking services. Our production is equipped with modern 5-axis CNC milling machining centers from DMG. We offer a wide range of services, including the design and modeling of parts according to the drawings and sketches of our customers, the provision of consulting services, and the manufacture of parts of varying degrees of complexity. We provide 3-, 4-, and 5-coordinate milling services on CNC machines with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm.

From planning to completion, everything from a single source. We produce series, individual parts and assemblies according to customer requirements and support you through our own development engineering from planning and construction, including manufacturing engineering, through our manufacturing engineering advice on the selection of material/materials with a very high level of manufacturing know-how.
