Profile We have developed our own profile in the course of time. Like many companies, co-designed its foundation the upswing in the 70 years, the company Dennenmoser is a child of this age. So suddenly and rapidly developing since then, was the owner-managed company Dennenmoser machining and equipment has always kept the balance between history and progress. Since 1988 we have been a recognized workshop for mentally handicapped people who, due to the type and severity of their disability, cannot be employed on the general labor market, or can no longer or not yet be employed again. In the area of contract manufacturing (turning, milling, grinding and surface treatment), we offer our services from small series to medium runs with great variety. Here, the annual volumes of 5,000 St. can (with high complexity, Dreh-/Frästeil 50 min processing time) vary up to 1.4 million St. (simple turned part, about 1.5 min. Processing time). The possible workpiece sizes reach the maximum diameter of 400 mm when turning. In radial grooves on the outer contour may occur reduction of the workpiece diameter. During milling, we can work with our machining centers cube sizes up to 1000 mm. We also perform desired by impermeability tests also. Being able to all forms be produced from the little non-returnable packaging up to bigger design components, such as trailer disguisings, shower basins, solaria disguisings etc.. The needed aluminium-semi-finished products are ex warehouse or by our efficient supplier inside 24h usually available. The supply is rounded off by forming dies and usual services in the tool engineering like CAD construction, CNC and CAM processing and 5 axis processing. Components can be processed up to a size of 2400 x 1400 mm in one clamping.
