E&K GmbH is active in the field of metal cutting. We have two CNC milling machines and two CNC lathes. We offer complete production of individual components/prototypes as well as small series. SC SERES PROD COM SRL – the Romanian part of CNC Tech, was founded in 1998, the company is specialized in the production of metal structures for industrial scales, with addressability in the automotive and construction industry. Welded structures CNC Tech makes various welded structures of large dimensions up to 6.4 tons. Technical Department Our team of engineers with thorough technical training realizes various mechanical projects based on the request of our clients. We have design stations with CAD / CAM programs, with which we make 3D drawings. 3D design helps us eliminate all errors from projects. Subsequently, based on these drawings, we make the processing programs for CNC machines. We can carry out the projects based on your sketches or indications, or even on the basis of a design theme, starting from your needs. We have carried out various projects for our clients who needed a wide range of mechanical structures to optimize their manufacturing process, to enhance their safety and security at work, or to be able to carry out new operations and/or products. CNC plasma and oxyfuel cutting The CNC TECH capabilities allow the PLASMA and OXIGAZ CUTTING operations for steel, stainless steel and aluminum sheet, on a machine with numerical control. The cutting table has the dimensions of 6m * 2m. With PLASMA (power of 260A) we can cut steel up to 32mm thickness, very good quality and puncture, and 60 mm with side attack. With oxyfuel, we can cut up to 150mm thickness. Mechanical cutting Our company, CNC Tech, can cut on saws with infinite tape, materials up to the size of 400x250 mm. We have a permanent stock for a wide range of materials (round and flat bars) made of steel and aluminium and we can offer the material cut to the desired size and quantity, to those interested. Mechanical cutting is performed in the machining workshop, with the help of specialized machines and equipment. Blasting CNC TECH equipment allows manual blasting with metal shots for metal parts. Our blasting booth has the dimensions of L-12m, l-5.5m, H-3m. We have also equipment for measuring the roughness and quality of the surface after the blasting operation. Painting Within our company, we also offer manual painting and in-booth drying services for metal parts. Our painting/drying booth has the dimensions of L-12m, l-5.5m, H-3m. We have equipment for measuring the thickness and adhesion for the applied paint layer. Transport CNC Tech ensures the transport of its own products, both with the vehicles from its own endowment and through the network of partners we have.
