We are a company that specializes in the processing of thermoplastics and Thermosetting plastics and light metals. From plates, rods, tubes and profiles are manufactured to order parts and assemblies according to drawings, CAD files, sketches, or samples from individual to mass production.

Aluminum can get forged? YES! Umformtechnik Radebeul GmbH specializes in drop forging parts made of aluminum. Design and construction of the tooling as well as mechanical machining are done quasi in house, using modern CAD/CAM equipment and up-to-date machinery. The Know-how of our personnel guarantees a solid, rapid, and professional handling of your welcomed orders. Depending on customer preference, we can initially create aluminum prototypes. We have 7 friction press machines with a press capacity of up to 16,000 kN available. Work pieces with up to 7 kg blank weight can be manufactured. A final treatment of the forged parts is optional. Chemical etching with sodium hydroxide or blasting with corundum, glass, aluminum or stainless steel balls gives the parts a special surface finish, which serves as the base for further surface refinement. We serve the automotive industry (2-wheel and 4-wheel) as well as manufacturers of valves, electrical fittings, awnings, solar technique, alpine sports industry and many others. Our chemistry lab Equipped as it is with quantometers and durometers for destructive and non-destructive tests, our laboratory performs highly accurate in-process as well as post-melting checks to ensure our alloys meet the highest possible standards. Welcome to our company page! We are a small family business that deals with many activities. We manufacture steel platforms, welded constructions, roofs, railings, handrails, steel components, stainless steel (predominantly 1.4301) and aluminum alloys. In addition, with our machine park, we are also able to carry out small series as well as single part production in turning and milling work. Recently, we have been accompanied by a flame cutting machine, with the help of which we can also produce thicker plates independently and at short notice. Laser and bending work are no problem for us and our neighboring companies, which means that sheet metal working is also possible.
