Deuerlein Präzision GmbH is a family-run company that was founded in 1948 as a craft business and is now being run by the fourth generation - since 2016 - by the great-granddaughter of the company founder. We have specialized in the manufacture of precision parts in the field of CNC turning and milling and, together with our employees, produce initial samples, limit samples and small series according to specific specifications and requirements from a wide variety of materials. Our customers are well-known industrial companies from the fields of automotive, machine and apparatus construction, as well as medical technology and model construction. The focus for us is on product quality, our competent and friendly advice, customer-specific work and adherence to deadlines. We are a young company that was founded in 2018 and has taken over a 30-year-old company as part of an asset deal. Three operationally cooperating owners and seven employees form a powerful team. Our machine park consists of 5 milling and 7 lathes, manufacturer DMG. We process all materials, but mainly stainless steel and special materials such as Hastelloy and titanium. Since its founding in 1994, DRT has been a reference as a toolmaker for injection molds for plastic up to 25 tons. Due to our main focus on the automotive industry, DRT meets all industry standards and requirements and is therefore the ideal partner for developing and manufacturing a high-quality end product.

We are an aluminum and secondary alloy foundry, we deal with mergers for different sectors: Automotive-pneumatics-electric motors-Agriculture-coffee machines-automotive parts-lighting-immersion pumps-valves-jaws-irrigation-etc. We also produce both shell and die cast molds. We do mechanical processing according to design.

We are dealing mainly with small and medium-sized series production, but we also undertake individual and prototype production on CNC Mill. Locally, our site is located in Kisbajcs, near Győr in Hungary, we continuously serve our partners with parts, we are proud of our almost perfect delivery fidelity and our scrap rate of less than 1%. Currently, we are looking for additional long-term partners in order to expand our company's order book and, with it, the machine park. Our plans include the purchase of a used 3-axis milling machine this year for the production of our smaller recurring jobs, as well as the purchase of a 5-axis milling machine and a fiber-fed, driven tool lathe within a year or two.
