Technomatel is specialized in welding and construction of welded structures in steel and aluminum. We are certified by Uni En Iso 9001 and Uni En Iso 3834-3. The welding is performed manually for small series and robotized for medium and large series.The welding processes available are mag, mig, tig. We are 40 employees. We are able to supply the product of metal carpentry complete also of surface treatments (cataphoresis coating, powder coating, electrolytic galvanizing and hot galvanizing).

Production of technical springs. We produce compression, tension, torsion springs, wire forms and air copper coils. We work with spring wire acc. to DIN 17223 (range 0.2 - 10.0 mm) and DIN 17224 (range 0.2 - 6.0 mm). We produce samples and series of million pieces as well.
