Smater s.r.l. was born in 1981 as a company specialized in the production of injection molded plastic and rubber technical articles, which see their application in various industrial sectors.Quality, innovation, efficiency and reliability are the elements that have always distinguished us and allow us to relate excellently with major national and international players. Our company was founded in 1948. We offer a machinery which is capable of Injection molded plastic parts up to max. Produce 400g PS excess weight at a maximum clamping force of 1750 kN. In addition, we operate a blowing machine for producing hollow bodies up to max. 1500 cm 3 volume. Our machines are tools up to a max. Dimension of 600 mm x 600 mm, with a max. Elevation of 600 mm can be used (at 250 mm mold height). For the most common accessory devices (core pulls, Heizkanalsysteme, etc.), we have the necessary control systems. Our range of products include plugs and caps (each round, square and flat oval), bushings, washers, rings, pipe connectors, as well as special sections (such as Fußkufenkappen for tables & chairs, also with felt; nail glides; arc slider) Through our close collaboration with several toolmaking companies, we also in relation to Design, development, prototyping and series production have relevant experience. Our quality management system, we were able to successfully certified by TÜV Süd in 2004.
