For moulding and tooling we have highly specialized Design and Technology Departments as well as very good equipments: 3 to 5 axis machining centers, electroerosion machines, specialized CNC machines, 3D testing center and also a lot of conventional machines. We also operate with CATIA, SOLIDWORKS and AUTOCAD. We are able to offer you a large variety of services: moulding and injection, only moulding or only injection with your own moulds. By interest we also can take over PCB assembling using an automatic SMT assembling line type FUJI and some lines DYNAPERT. Due to the lower closing powers many components can be manufactured on smaller machines than before. The following quality aspects have been improved: distortion, sink marks and internal tensions. Even thin-walled components can be manufactured with the process for which all other foam and expansion processes faild so far. TOOL MANUFACTURING: Plastec has its own tool manufacture. It focuses on the creation of prototype tools and also smaller series tools if required. All prototypes are incorporated cost-effective in the parent molds, only shaping tool components are exchanged. Plastec manufactures prototypes and series tools up to a size of approx. 400 x 400 mm.
