Due to the lower closing powers many components can be manufactured on smaller machines than before. The following quality aspects have been improved: distortion, sink marks and internal tensions. Even thin-walled components can be manufactured with the process for which all other foam and expansion processes faild so far. TOOL MANUFACTURING: Plastec has its own tool manufacture. It focuses on the creation of prototype tools and also smaller series tools if required.
