PTO is a young and dynamic start-up that was founded in spring 2020. The vision we are pursuing is to offer our customers added value through in-depth knowledge in the field of plastics technology. Our current project is the further development of in-house production that is as CO2 neutral as possible. Since September 2021, we have been able to produce our products in consistent and first-class quality on ultra-modern, all-electric injection molding machines. Thanks to the lean company structure, components can be manufactured cost-effectively and within a very short period of time. On an area of approx. 500 m², 3 all-electric injection moulding machines (100to/180to/280to), equipped with monitoring systems and the highest perfection of requested components, produce large and small batches.

Our company was founded in 1991 as a sole proprietorship with 2 main profiles, Metalworking and trading. In 2004 we got the opportunity to become a supplier for a well-known automotive Component manufacturer (BPW Hungaria Kft). In 2007 we have our first CNC bought a controlled lathe. Our company was founded in 1948. We offer a machinery which is capable of Injection molded plastic parts up to max. Produce 400g PS excess weight at a maximum clamping force of 1750 kN. In addition, we operate a blowing machine for producing hollow bodies up to max. 1500 cm 3 volume. Our machines are tools up to a max. Dimension of 600 mm x 600 mm, with a max. Elevation of 600 mm can be used (at 250 mm mold height). For the most common accessory devices (core pulls, Heizkanalsysteme, etc.), we have the necessary control systems. Our range of products include plugs and caps (each round, square and flat oval), bushings, washers, rings, pipe connectors, as well as special sections (such as Fußkufenkappen for tables & chairs, also with felt; nail glides; arc slider) Through our close collaboration with several toolmaking companies, we also in relation to Design, development, prototyping and series production have relevant experience.
