We are a second-generation injection molding business with a 52-year background and over 25 years of know-how in reversible multi-cavity insert integrated proprietary optical gate nozzle hot runner mold bases; this technology allows customers to reduce mold base cost, engineering time, and CNC workshop load time. The entire mold base system and inserts to hold multiple simultaneous and mixed cavities can be custom-designed to suit the customer's dimensional item average dimensions, allowing the customer to recycle mold bases over the years. With our technology, we have been able to produce parts with thicknesses as low as 0.7 mm in 4.5-second cycles, operating at a temperature of 18°C. Cycle times can be further reduced by using more efficient injection molding machines. Of course, the geometry and thickness of the part impose certain limits.

Our company was founded in 1991 as a sole proprietorship with 2 main profiles, Metalworking and trading. In 2004 we got the opportunity to become a supplier for a well-known automotive Component manufacturer (BPW Hungaria Kft). In 2007 we have our first CNC bought a controlled lathe. In 2009 we built a new workshop in Szombathely Thanks to our order situation we were able to get our machine part in 2012 and 2013 expand. Our company was founded in 1948. We offer a machinery which is capable of Injection molded plastic parts up to max. Produce 400g PS excess weight at a maximum clamping force of 1750 kN. In addition, we operate a blowing machine for producing hollow bodies up to max. 1500 cm 3 volume. Our machines are tools up to a max. Dimension of 600 mm x 600 mm, with a max. Elevation of 600 mm can be used (at 250 mm mold height). For the most common accessory devices (core pulls, Heizkanalsysteme, etc.), we have the necessary control systems. Our range of products include plugs and caps (each round, square and flat oval), bushings, washers, rings, pipe connectors, as well as special sections (such as Fußkufenkappen for tables & chairs, also with felt; nail glides; arc slider) Through our close collaboration with several toolmaking companies, we also in relation to Design, development, prototyping and series production have relevant experience. Our quality management system, we were able to successfully certified by TÜV Süd in 2004. Of course, we pay for the production of our products at a very good quality at a reasonable price with shortest delivery times.
