We currently have two in our sheet metal processing plant in Wörth Trumpf CO² laser systems, with which we can process thicknesses in the steel range of 1-25mm and in the stainless steel and aluminum range of 1-10mm. The working range of our systems is 3000*1500 mm. We can bend sheet metal parts on our press brake up to a length of 3000 mm and with a press force of max. 220 tons. We have a Rösler Trowalizing system to finish the components. All other surface treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, etc. are carried out via our cooperation partners in this area, here we take over the complete administration for our customers as a service.

Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum. Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us. In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work. The Spaleck GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized, coming from the engineering company, founded in 1869, located in Bocholt. Our company is family-run by the fourth generation. We currently employ approximately 135 employees at the site Bocholt and approximately 12 employees at the site Greiz in Thuringia. At these sites, we have a turnover of € 18 million. Contract manufacturing has increasingly gained in importance in recent years and this factor is well over 50% of revenue. We have recently made a decision to invest in three MAZAK turning-milling centers that take us from January 2010 in the position to manufacture large parts in high quality. These machines can process workpieces up to 2300 mm in diameter and up to 7000 kg deadweight and also perform milling operations with large distances.
