Spiroflex Sp. z o.o., a limited-liability company, started its operations in 1994. It made its first steps in the so-called Mielec Incubator of Entrepreneurship. Since 1997, it has been active in the ‘Euro-Park Mielec’ Special Economic Zone. The Company’s headcount is ca. 80, this being a constantly increasing number. This is so because the well-matched management style has placed the Company, ever since the beginning, at the right track leading to incessant and consistent development. At present, we produce: - smooth, flexible acid-resistant chimney-stack insert systems, designed for disposal of combustion gases from gas/oil-fired heating units; - round/oval-shaped heat-resistant chimney-stack inserts, designed for disposal of combustion gases from appliances solid-fuel-fired units; - enamel stack inserts, designed to exhaust flue gases from boilers fired by solid fuels as coal and eco-pea; - combustion gas disposal systems for boilers with closed combustion chamber; - external insulated acid/heat-resistant chimney stacks; - hybrid chimney stacks; - flexible aluminium ducts; - ventilating ducts/shapes; - hot air distribution ducts/shapes; - other ventilation system elements (wobblers, zinc-coated couplings, exhaust-hood passages, and the like). Apart from our production-related offer, we invite you to use our services, including: - powder varnishing This service consists in lacquering of metal elements with electrostatic or triboelectric spread of thermo-hardening powder coatings. Using a modern technological line, we paint details, long elements, strips and wires. For the latter two activities, we are the only ones in Poland. - water jet cutting Spiroflex offers water jet cutting technology for cutting each kind of materials up to 150 mm of thickness and any shape. Working area: 7.2m x 2m, maximum height up to 200mm. - laser cutting We provide sheet-metal cutting services using an LVD-made most-recent-generation contour band saw. High performance linear motor delivers high-speed cutting for fast, continuous processing of high quality parts. - sheet-metal bending We bend sheet metal, using a CNC-controlled bending machine or most modern CNC brake press. The maximum length of elements bent are up to 3m long, the sheet being up to 12mm thick as a maximum.
