Tessari Luigi & C. snc was established in Soliera in 1978 as a grinding plant for the mechanical industry, a sector in which the previous owner had acquired considerable experience. Over the years, the company has built up a solid portfolio of customers for which it grinds parts for hydraulic systems, a field where it continues to excel. In 1992, the company was acquired by the current owners who, while maintaining the same business name, decided to develop the service provided to the customers to a further extent. For over 30 years, we deal with the editing and production of finished precision parts from all common materials, and components and complete devices. After we have expanded our machinery continuously over the years and modernized, we are now able to offer a very wide range of processing options in the field of machining precision parts manufacturing. Our small, medium and large series production covers an area 3-65 mm diameter of the rod in complete machining (Axial - radial and tool support) as well as the range up to 600 mm diameter in food processing. We manufacture according to your drawings or samples in batches of 10 pieces, including patterns and 0-series, to 100,000 units. For over 20 years we have manufactured parts for rotary connector systems. Our manufacturing facility in this area has been designed according to the requirements for the production of such parts. We offer our customers the opportunity to purchase fully pre-finished parts, including surface treatment, assembly of components to form units and a customizable delivery, tailored to further processing. We have carried zoom requirements, evolved in this area in recent years, according to our customers Interressenten and strengthened us to a system supplier.
