Since that time, turn in our company, which has made the motto "Innovative plate processing from a single source" all aspects of the Blechverarbeitung.Durch the constant expansion of our vertical integration, we have developed laser technology as a competent partner for our customers. On four laser machining systems precision components are manufactured in single and series production for the automotive machinery and packaging machinery industry as well as for small and large businesses in the neighborhood. The customer list includes companies such as Terex Schaeff, BMW, Robert Bosch GmbH, Voith Turbo, Meiller and ThyssenKruppDrauz GmbH. To complete the service laser cutting, we also perform Kant and welding work and other activities for our customers. We manufacture according to customer complete assemblies including surface treatment.

To support our customers even better in mass production, the Jütte rotation GmbH was founded on 01.01.2004. We currently employ 8 people. In accordance with the wishes of our customers, we manufacture steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics from small series to 50,000 units / year. The collaboration with companies from the surface and hardening technology and assembly in your own home, allow us to offer a manufacturing to assembly. 2007/08, a new hall was built, because the old hall was too small.

ATOS has been designing and building injection molding tools in north-east Italy since 2000. Thanks to our project department in the company, we are able to produce high-quality tools on time. Our main activity covers unlimited industries: from automotive, household appliances, packaging to white goods, technical and aesthetic parts, sports and leisure, office / furniture, industrial transport, lighting, telephone industry, fastening, medical and rubber parts. All new areas are our challenges! The technologies we successfully use are 2 - 3k, IML, internal gas pressure. Turntable, cube, transfer and multiple tools (up to 128 cavities) can be found at ATOS for production! Our production range also offers prototype aluminum molds and tools with automatic and semi-automatic operation; Low-cost molds and tools for small series. The production activity of the company is the production of various metal structures. In the production process, we use a laser machine, which ensures quality production and a quick response time for the ordered product. In 2005, we invested in a new sandblasting and a new varnishing chamber, thereby achieving a high-quality surface treatment of the products and greatly reducing the environmental load with dust, rust and other impurities.
