Markets: For historical reasons and for its territorial location, C.N. Meccanica has developed extensive experience in the production of mechanical components for automatic machines, in particular in the food, pharmaceutical and tobacco sectors. For these sectors, very often we also produce format components. The great flexibility of our machines allows us to be very competitive both in the production of prototypes and in the production of medium series with multi-pallet machines, even if not manned. We currently produce mainly for large clients operating in the packaging, machine tools, measurement equipment and systems and aerospace sectors. In terms of injection-molded parts, we operate development work according to your specifications or ideas and have many years of know-how in the development and realization of your ideas. The design of injection molds made at three CAD workstations. After creating the article first drawing patterns can be generated as an STL parts or after vacuum casting. We created production tools have usually about 2-16 wells, where preventive maintenance is, of course, and we guarantee a long service life. Final adjustments of production tools can be carried out and evaluated by a timely assessment in our injection molding.
