HddsMachining has originated from the development of the prototype department of HddSurgery company, with a goal to offer our clients designing services, prototype development solutions and final product manufacturing using high-end software and hardware.

The Spaankamer is a young and dynamic metal processing company. Our passion lies in the manufacture of smaller structures in steel, stainless steel and aluminum, as well as Conventional and CNC machining. With a team of 8 people we try to manufacture your products quickly and efficiently. We are focused on making small to medium-sized series (100 - 1000 pieces). Together with you, we can also bring your ideas to life through our 3D CAD software "Autodesk Inventor", making us a "One Stop Shop" for many products. From idea to drawing & realization.

Sedlom specializes in the design and manufacture of precision technical molds for the plastics industry, located in Marinha Grande, Portugal The molds produced are mainly intended for the automotive industry, home appliances and electronics. 90% of them are for export. We obtained the Status PME Lider in 2014, 2015 and 2016 in recognition of its excellent performance.

C-LAB emerged from a combination of two industrial experiences distinguished by strong technical expertise and a large production capacity. The strong skills acquired over the years, our highly qualified personnel, and the significant investments made in ever-evolving technologies and the latest-generation equipment allow us to work specifically with metal materials such as brass, aluminium, stainless steel 303 and 304, AVP and plastics such as Delrin, Teflon and Peek. Diameters ranging from 3 to 32 mm. Thanks to our extremely flexible production structure we can handle orders ranging from a few thousand to millions of manufactured pieces.

We have all the metrology equipment needed for dimensional checks, with a very wide range of equipment. Their calibration follows the requirements of the applicable standards, ensuring the verification periodicity defined in the calibration plan. Description of measuring equipment: Outside micrometers, inside micrometers, threaded gauges, pass / non-pass gauges, calipers, column and comparators and standard gauges. It is also possible to provide three-dimensional measurement reports on customer request.

We deal with machining on numerical machines. The company's main specialty is cnc turning and cnc milling. We work with recipients from all over Europe.

Engineering and Machining precision is specialized in manufacturing and design of mechanical products which based on the use of CNC machine tools (8 Machining Centers, 2 CNC Lathes), as well as precision metal construction (Welding capacity: SMAW, MIG, TIG, ...), (20 welding stations Fronius), (Polishing equipment, sandblasting units, painting units, assembly units). EMP is EN9100 V2016 certified. We have a high skilled and young team able to understand and to meed the higest level of customers expectation upon all standards of manufacturing and construction (ASME, ASTM, GE standards, RR standard....) and we are able to work with all kind of material both imperial & metric. Today EMP have a good reference in flying part with AIRBUS Tier 2 and OEM (Engines) Licencies for Engine tooling & Ground Support Equipment . The main programs reference are: A380, XWB, LEAP 1A, LEAP 1B....... The excellent Geostrategic location of Tunisia allow EMP to get order from all the world and export to any country with a good lead time. We have learned our craft over the years at machine tool manufacturers, weapon manufacturers, plastic parts manufacturers, electrical machine manufacturers and hydraulic component manufacturers. We worked with multi-spindle and multi-axis machines from single parts to large series. We have been manufacturing in Dottikon since 2008 and are happy to share our experience with our customers.

Our versatile production program includes high-precision deep-drawn parts as well as stamped and bent parts - also in high-quality decorative areas - for various industries. The Sixt company can look back on over 65 years of experience in metal forming and tool making - since 1999 also at another location in the Czech Republic. Our in-house tool shop is equipped with all machines for the production of punching and forming tools. Our delivery program is completed by assembly to assemblies, vibratory grinding and parts cleaning. In cooperation with reliable, long-standing partners, we can also offer an extensive portfolio of surface treatments.
