On request, we carry out preliminary work such as chamfering, planing or deliver semi-finished products in the form of round bars, plates or tubes. In addition to ready-to-install machined components, which we produce for you using all common manufacturing processes, we offer a wide range of semi-finished plastic products. If required, we deliver plates, rods and tubes* either ready to manufacture or with the desired pre-processing such as sawing, planing (up to 4 sides simultaneously), profiling, chamfering, etc. Thanks to our decades of experience, we are the right partner for almost every task in the plastics sector.

1994 has begun as a laser provider to operate on a BBM laser application technology. With a 3D laser system together with teach-in station and a 2D laser machine then started a very young team with an innovative process and offered its know-how of the industry. The high flexibility and quality in the production required an increase in machinery and equipment, which is why the new factory building was constructed at its present location in 1998. Today BBM laser application technology has a broad knowledge in the field of sheet metal production and thus follows the trend for integrated production of parts and assemblies.

CNC Turning, Milling and Drilling

The company Jakob Schäfer was in Kaiserslautern, Mühlstr in 1926. 9 of machinist - champion Jacob Schaefer founded. Mr. Jacob Schaefer worked in the tool room Pfaff , where he took his master's certificate in 1919. First founded Mr. Shepherd has entered the bicycle mechanic Guild, and worked as a guild master. It then bicycles and motorcycles were sold and repaired. Before the second World War II was furnished a cylinder grinding and turning shop. 1944 destroyed a bomb attack the entire operation including residential house and a shop. After the war, Mr. Schaefer from the ruins of an emergency shelter built with a small workshop. Companies - with the currency reform, the structure of today's "Shepherd" began. House and workshop were created again. In parallel with the vehicle sales and the turning shop was built, so that in 1950 the first jacks, the Federal Railroad Central Office, could be sold in Speyer at the time. The two operating branches vehicle and turned parts production had increased to 1955 so that the existing business premises were no longer sufficient. Therefore, in 1955 the purchase of a hitherto community-owned 10,000 square meters of grounds with a building of 300 square meters floor area and 200 sqm floor. The turning shop was moved to Weilerbach and managed separately from the vehicle sale as KG. As a complementary acted Mr. Jacob Schaefer, limited partners were Mr. and Mrs. Hedy Werner Hilbrath Hilbrath. Since 01.01.2001 is also Jutta scouring manager and responsible for business administration and the personnel office. As of 01.01.1982 the sole proprietorship was changed into a limited liability company. Managing partner was initially Dipl.-Ing. Werner Hilbrath. Since 01.01.1995 Mr. Mechanical engineer Rüdiger scouring held this position. Shareholders are Elke Palm, born Hilbrath and Mrs. Jutta Scheuer, bornHilbrath. In 1990 the office building was enlarged by 100 square meters. After the construction of an additional hall in 1998 the operation are around 2,500 square meters of covered factory area available. Currently, the annual turnover of 4.5 million euros at an average of 45 employees. The GL is based on German quality and the production does not outsource to neighboring countries. Metalltecxhnik Hesse was founded in 2018 by Mr. Thomas Heinemann-Hesse. Mr. Heinemann-Hesse is a trained tool mechanic specializing in stamping and forming technology and has been working in this field since 1993 and also in special machine construction as well as in production for general mascine construction. We can manufacture drawing parts according to your specifications or build entire punching and forming tools or carry out repairs. We also manufacture spare parts and prototypes. Almost everything is feasible from a quantity of one. Of course there are things that we cannot do ourselves. A very good network with competent partners is available for this with advice and action. We can therefore also act as problem solvers in an advisory capacity.

Bergmaier Präzision has been a family business in the metalworking sector since the beginning of 1972. The focus is on the production of special and precision parts in which individual customer requirements are taken into account.
