We, the Fa. WESA-dress Surface Technology GmbH, participated in the February 1977 our coating operation and have specialized in the treatment and Powder coating of metal parts. Meanwhile, we have expanded our range of services. This includes, inter alia, degrease, passivate and coating - even the most difficult part geometries - from the millimeter size up to size 2 x 7 meters in over 120 constantly restocked colors and types of powder. Four powder coating booths for the hand and an automatic cabin are available in two shifts available. Since 2013, we also have a KTL coating system for small and large series. Our registered office is located in Schönheide, a nice industrial and business place in western Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) (New Federal States). My company is located since the beginning of 1992 in a newly constructed factory building and is equipped with modern technology. By the use of two CNC- tool milling machines (maximum travel 1.50 x 1.00 x 1.00 m), two HSC machining centres and a 5 – axle – CNC – milling machine we are able to work effectively. The operations are prepared by modern CAD / CAM workstations like: Pro Engineer, Gib-Cam, Depo-Cam and Auto-CAD-Mechanical Desktop. By means of these systems we are able to accept and process data of our customers in all common formats in order to carry out thus every machining task with the most effective milling strategy. We are 17 employees and produce synthetic and metal patterns, permanent moulds, tools and jigs as well as complete pattern devices and match plates. INFIT was established in 1991 as a small family company which deals in metalworking. Since the very beginning, we strove to succeed in the market by offering quality products; thanks to this approach, we gradually developed and expanded up to our current staff of eight employees. Currently, we own 5 Deckel Maho and Bridgeport vertical CNC machining centres with HEIDENHAIN 530 control systems with max. axis movement 1000 x 500 x 500 mm. We inspect the parts using WENZEL CNC coordinate measurement machine; it allows us to guarantee the required quality and tolerances of the products. As our capacities allow, we also measure parts for companies which cooperate with us, or for neighboring companies. We utilize special services or air transport to deliver parts abroad.
