Spiroflex Sp. z o.o., a limited-liability company, started its operations in 1994. It made its first steps in the so-called Mielec Incubator of Entrepreneurship. Apart from our production-related offer, we invite you to use our services, including: - powder varnishing This service consists in lacquering of metal elements with electrostatic or triboelectric spread of thermo-hardening powder coatings. Using a modern technological line, we paint details, long elements, strips and wires. For the latter two activities, we are the only ones in Poland. - water jet cutting Spiroflex offers water jet cutting technology for cutting each kind of materials up to 150 mm of thickness and any shape. Working area: 7.2m x 2m, maximum height up to 200mm. - laser cutting We provide sheet-metal cutting services using an LVD-made most-recent-generation contour band saw. High performance linear motor delivers high-speed cutting for fast, continuous processing of high quality parts. - sheet-metal bending We bend sheet metal, using a CNC-controlled bending machine or most modern CNC brake press. The maximum length of elements bent are up to 3m long, the sheet being up to 12mm thick as a maximum.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we are a family business operating in the metal processing for fifty years. Our company works with twelve employees mainly on CNC machines, ranging from small to medium quantities (up to number 10000). Our customer base consists mainly of large and medium-employed industrial companies. Our strength is the high flexibility, which is in short delivery times and a good value for money. A simple structure with qualified employees form the basis for this. In the range of rotation are six CNC machines with driven tools and sub-spindles available. Work of the rod are possible in diameter from 2-75mm, edits in the feed may be 650mmausgeführt up to diameter 350 x. We also have a Mazak Integrex 300 IV S multitask machine, so that we are able to high-precision workpieces of 6 Pages to machine in one clamping. Main passage, and counter spindle 77mm. Turning diameter max. 760mm x 1000mm in length. In the milling area 13 CNC machines are six of machining centers in the area to 1200x650x600mm available. Weitehin two Mazak VTC BAZ 300 with the CII processing mass X 1744, Y 760, Z 660 mm. The work area is divided for pendulum machining. For quality assurance, we are two CNC 3-D measuring machines, a 2-D height gauge and a NC-meter contours are available. Our machinery is supplemented by a variety of conventional machines for turning, milling, drilling, tapping and grinding.
