THE COMPANY Quality and efficiency since 1979 COSVECO S.r.l. was founded in 1979 and originally specialized in the production of brass and zinc die-cast parts for the consumer area. Over time, our company has focused on zinc die-casting parts developing expertise and technologies that today are used in all technical fields (furniture accessories, automotive components, electronic opening and locking systems parts, electric appliances parts, lighting components, cosmetics, hydraulic and pneumatic valves, etc…) and their application. COSVECO S.r.l. has highly qualified technologies and efficient systems for the production of components made of zinc alloys, as well as for treatment of various surfaces by semi- and full automatically production process. The company has grown a lot in recent years thanks to the targeted investments that involved both new production equipment and the quality sector with the installation of a metrological laboratory with qualified personnel and calibrated and certified equipment (eg 3D measuring machine). We founded MPjetting in spring 2021 with the idea of offering and manufacturing 3D sand molds for the open market. We are particularly proud to be the first company in Austria to have our own 3D sand printer. We have found a suitable production site in the halls of a former leather factory. We started production here on November 1st, 2021. The advantages of 3D printing include the fast throughput time from data entry to the delivery of the components, the unlimited variety of geometries and the cost savings due to the classic model facilities that are not required. Fisep provides comprehensive customer support, starting with feasibility studies, MAGMA simulations, co-design, planning and project management activities. In addition, Fisep can offer its customers turnkey solutions, which, in addition to hot forging, also include the production of molds with highly qualified partners, precision machining and assembly activities. The HPDC plant has 16 automated work islands with clamping forces ranging from 170 t to 1450 t, which can produce castings up to 25 kg.
