Steel sheet is essentially processed right up to the finish of the surface. In Herbrechtingen near Heidenheim an der Brenz, where the company is based, work is carried out with traditional Swabian precision, but still with the most modern application methods. In close coordination with the customers, the technicians use state-of-the-art software to design tailor-made solutions based on ergonomic and economic requirements. Constant quality monitoring takes on a dominant function. The company was already certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 in 1996. In May 2003, the process-oriented management system 9001: 2000 was successfully introduced at NeSt.In May 2009 we were certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008. Due to the constantly increasing demands on the quality management system, we have taken the necessary steps to the next level for our customers and all institutions involved in the system. In May 2018 we were successfully certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015. In order to meet the constant demands and to demonstrate quality awareness in a sustainable manner, NeSt GmbH was again certified in September 2015. By issuing DIN EN ISO 3834-3, the company now also fulfills the welding requirements within the framework of quality monitoring and the resulting certification. As a metal processing company in the field of sheet metal construction, it goes without saying that we are a certified specialist company according to WHG.

GKR STEEL s.r.o. is a Czech company founded in 1998, which specialises in made-to-order production of steel constructions, technological units and precise metalworking. The company has its seat in Roudnice nad Labem close to the D8 highway which guarantees good transport accessibility not only within the country itself but also within Europe. It is 50 kilometres away from Václav Havel Airport in Prague, 20 kilometres away from the freight port on the river Elbe which is further connected with rail freight transport. Czech border with Germany is 70 kilometres away. All production takes place in our own production facilities having the area of 8000 m². Thanks to our technological equipment we are able to offer the complete production process from the material procurement, its splitting, working, machining, pressing, welding, surface finish and the final assembly. We keep modernising our production tools and increase the production capacity. 80% of our production is exported. Our production capacity is approximately 250 to 350 tons of steel per month depending on the difficulty o f the construction.
