The range of parts produced in this division is limited by diameters up to 250 x 250 mm and we use combinations of grinding, eroding, milling or turning in an optimal way to ensure good quality. Therefore we use 5-axis milling centers and the latest CAD / CAM Systems to guarantee repeatability and the high standard of quality. Tool sharpening With most modern 5-axis CNC grinding machines and with the help of graphical simulation programs we produce new tools as stepped drills, profile millers and special-purpose tools. Further we regrind or reproduce special and standard tools with original geometrical data so the tools are as capable as new once.
