The company Jakob Schäfer was in Kaiserslautern, Mühlstr in 1926. 9 of machinist - champion Jacob Schaefer founded. In 1990 the office building was enlarged by 100 square meters. After the construction of an additional hall in 1998 the operation are around 2,500 square meters of covered factory area available. Currently, the annual turnover of 4.5 million euros at an average of 45 employees. The GL is based on German quality and the production does not outsource to neighboring countries. Turning and milling work

Our company, with 20 employees, currently occupies about 4000 square meters of covered space and has an annual turnover approaching 6 million euros. Our production includes approximately 900 different parts supplied to customers worldwide, including: Germany United Kingdom Ireland Netherlands Slovakia China United States Mexico In the USA, our warehouse, supplied from Italy, delivers directly to North and South America. Over 50% of the finished products (pieces) are stocked in our warehouses in Italy and the USA, available for immediate delivery. Our current machinery includes: 05 full CNC multi-spindle machines up to 45mm bar passage (Tornos / Utimac) 13 sliding headstock lathes up to 38mm bar passage (Star / Hanwha) 09 multitasking twin-turret lathes up to 65mm bar passage (Biglia / Muratec) Certifications: - ISO 9001:2015 - IATF 16949:2016.

CNC turning & milling The machinery includes a variety of machines for turning & milling work. Precise shapes can be implemented quickly using 5-axis machining. Long components over 2 meters in one piece are also possible. Cuts & profiles Table swivel cutters and panel saws make it easy to cut to special sizes. A trained team with many years of experience will implement short-term inquiries in a short period of time. 3D printing We use 3D printing for individual pieces, prototypes and complex geometries. In doing so, we select the appropriate process for you and take advantage of the benefits of cost-effective and rapid implementation.

Metalltecxhnik Hesse was founded in 2018 by Mr. Thomas Heinemann-Hesse. Mr. Heinemann-Hesse is a trained tool mechanic specializing in stamping and forming technology and has been working in this field since 1993 and also in special machine construction as well as in production for general mascine construction. We can manufacture drawing parts according to your specifications or build entire punching and forming tools or carry out repairs. We also manufacture spare parts and prototypes. Almost everything is feasible from a quantity of one. Of course there are things that we cannot do ourselves. A very good network with competent partners is available for this with advice and action. We can therefore also act as problem solvers in an advisory capacity.
