We founded our firm in 2005 based on our several years of experiences in engineering and in manufacturing practices. Mainly, we use our experiences in single-purpose machine designing, automated assembling, industrial automation, special machine engineering and 3D modeling, cutting (milling, turning etc.) and welding. The ASM Machining GmbH manufactures on modern CNC machines sophisticated products, in particular for medical, packaging engineering, measurement and control technology, mold design and the aviation industry. Our product portfolio includes the manufacture of different headboards and neck parts for hand and angle pieces of dental technology, and Hot runner systems for injection molding mold. We support our clients in the engineering and develop processing strategies to complex 5-axis simultaneous machining. Our core business is the manufacture of injection molds and their components. We design and manufacture 60-70 injection molds per year.
