We are a third-generation owner-managed metal processing company. Our production facilities are located in Finnentrop in the Sauernald Region in Germany (near Cologne). Our production focus is complex turned, bent, and milled parts. Many of the parts we manufacture have very high quality specifications, are express orders, have small batch sizes or are distinct from other perspectives. We, for instance, process north of 200 materials, many of which we have in stock. Also parts with extraordinary dimensions, such as threaded parts with a length of 6.5 metres or more, are part of our job range.

Since its founding in 1978, the optical electric Huber GmbH (OEH GmbH) engaged in the manufacture of precision milling and turning parts. We produce and optimize for you sleeves, pins, screws, locking blocks, special hinges or even general turned parts. Focuses on parts up to 32 mm in diameter or 22 mm edge length from the materials titanium, copper alloys, aluminum and precious and free-cutting steels. In the optical industry, we work together with all well-known companies, more buyers come from the electrical engineering and from the general precision engineering industry. Our company history begins in June 2016 with the founding of our company. From the outset, our focus was on the production of high-quality turning and milling products. After just two years, we moved to larger premises to meet increasing requirements. By 2022, our machinery inventory grew by a further 8 machines, to a total of 10 machines. Our latest project is to expand our manufacturing capabilities with 17 multi-spindle automatic lathes. In the year 2000 the company GILLES was founded to combine the passion for racing with technical knowledge and experience. This ended in the development and production of the first multivariable rearset, the AS31GT. At the same time this rearset kick-started a dynamic company which today sells its wide product range worldwide. Design, construction and simulation with CAD SOLIDWORKS are handled by a team of 7 employees. An ultimate load test rig and a 3-D printer are available to our engineers. Our in-house production has a variaty of CNC machines and CNC machining centres. Several of those are robot controlled and some are using a pallet system for the workpiece handling. Three laser workstations are used for doing all the laser engravings.
