On our CNC-lathe and milling centers we manufacture your parts as single pieces, and as small batches up to larger assemblies. For your individual wishes we are well equipped with modern and partially 7-axis guided machines. The company 3MÜ is a privately held family business and has profited from 20 years of experience in the field of milling. Nowadays we do our work on site in Möglingen with over 30 knowledgeable, competent employees in two manufacturing halls. We guarantee competent advice, high quality, and additionally fast and punctual delivery times. Although our main focus is regional, we also deliver within the Americas and Asia. In two production halls our competent workers develop your parts at the highest quality standards. The fully automated machinery works at all hours. Our machinery outfit includes 20 of the most modern machines and offers you 7-axis CNC-milling and lathe centers with up to 110 tools.

DEEP HOLES Group is specilized in DEEP HOLE DRILLING of plates, dies, matrixes, welding and bonding equipment, rollers, shock absorbers, shafts of any type. Thanks to the use of special equipment, we can drill any type of material, including Titanium, Maragin steel, Inconel, Monel, Copper, Astelloy, stainless steel and all other types of heavily alloyed steel. We use two different drilling systems are used. With straight flute drills, wecan drill holes from a minimum of 2 mm to a maximum of 30 mm in diameter, for a length up to 4000 mm. With the BTA system we can drill holes from a minimum of 16 mm to a maximum of 200 mm in diameter, for a depth of 8000 mm.
