LEONIDIS Tools & Plastics è un'azienda manifatturiera greca fondata nel 1978, specializzata nello sviluppo e nella produzione di profili in plastica estrusa personalizzati e componenti stampati a iniezione per applicazioni industriali. Il nostro punto di forza è il nostro processo di produzione integrato verticalmente. Dal disegno iniziale del cliente e dalla selezione dei materiali alla progettazione e produzione interna di utensili di estrusione, alle prove, alle regolazioni e alla produzione in serie, l'intero processo di sviluppo è gestito all'interno delle nostre strutture. Ciò consente uno sviluppo più rapido del prodotto, una maggiore flessibilità e un supporto tecnico diretto durante ogni progetto. Lavoriamo un'ampia gamma di materiali termoplastici, tra cui PVC, PP, PE, PC, PMMA, ABS, PS e PA, a seconda dei requisiti tecnici di ciascuna applicazione. Le nostre capacità includono anche taglio, punzonatura e altre operazioni secondarie, che ci consentono di fornire componenti pronti all'uso in base alle specifiche del cliente. Serviamo clienti in una varietà di settori, tra cui refrigerazione professionale, sistemi di vendita al dettaglio e scaffalature, mobili, illuminazione e applicazioni LED, edilizia, sistemi di ombreggiatura, idroponica e altre applicazioni industriali. Operando nel nostro stabilimento di produzione di 1.500 m² in Grecia e supportati dalla nostra attrezzeria, dalle capacità di lavorazione CNC e dal sistema di gestione della qualità ISO 9001:2015, ci concentriamo su una produzione europea affidabile, una qualità costante e partnership B2B a lungo termine. Dallo sviluppo degli utensili alla produzione in serie, tutto sotto lo stesso tetto.
